Rai is a Reiki Practitioner (Level III "Master" Level Trained) in Kensington, California with a firm belief in the body's ability to heal itself when connected to the earth and her universal life-force energy, otherwise known as Reiki. Japanese in origin, this holistic form has the power to create positive shift & life-changing clearings for all with reverence to the form. Rai is devoted to bringing as many people to the Light of Universal Love as possible, help liberate all Beings from suffering, and work in service to the Divine. She has an acute calling to serve beings suffering from PTSD, a past of sexual trauma, and people of all ages. In this Age of Aquarius, more and more people have a desire to liberate themselves from their pasts of pain: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Rai uses her abilities to commune with Divine forces, deep compassion, and personal experience of liberation to aid others in the same. She uses song, crystals, the natural elements, acupressure, and voice activation to amplify the container. In addition to 1:1 treatments, Rai does work with couples, children, pets, and injured animals; hosts circles for community healing & teaches in a more free-form mentorship capacity upon request. This medicine is for All beings, in all walks of life, regardless of background or "belief".
The Reiki avenue is one of coming home to the body's natural state of harmony. The body knows what it needs to do naturally, so creating a container where this natural healing can happen is all that is necessary. As Soul-Self speaks, the human self is invited into a deep state of listening, to hear SOUL Truth.

As a practitioner, Rai is committed to seeing perfection in process, remain grounded in her self-practice, & meeting each person where they are for fastest acceleration. She offers sessions in-community, over zoom, and at-home; offering as many avenues for enlightenment as possible.

HELLO, FROM RAI
I started as a practitioner of holistic medicine in 2019, and most informally + authentically in childhood: I would speak to the fairies in the backyard meadow, tend to the land with singing rituals, extend offerings to the spirits of the river, as an old soul in a young body. Right around the time I was old enough to be aware of human conditioning calling this "make believe", I started to look over my shoulder to make sure no one was looking, but knew if felt so good + right. :) I've gone through a process of de-conditioning all of these 'should's' to accept this most real part of myself, to be of service to the awakening of this innate possibility, wisdom, and aliveness in All of us. This connection, self-love, and power in service to the Divine is our birthright.
Today, I use these memories of childhood as a guiding light to my practice. I do these "child-like" rituals unabashedly, in the fullest joy + trust, bringing my enlivened connectedness to all there is. I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts, as well as their own power + gifts within. Feeling for this sense of knowing & deep connection to the divine. I've continued to open to Spirit and root: to keep this child-like ease, belief, playfulness, and love in all I do, bringing this magic to both adults & kids alike.
As a well-respected Reiki Therapist (Master Level III Trained), and intuitive tarot reader: I enjoy bridging the gap between my roots of ancient ways, being ethnically Scottish & training in Japanese Usui Reiki, as well as being a student of Chinese / East Asian Medicine in an Integrative Medicine program in Berkeley, CA. I aim to bridge modern day western society with old forms, while providing nurturing + safe space for all people to express + heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice, including acupressure, qi gong, somatic experiencing, bartenieff fundamentals, IFS parts-work and believe that continued learning is important for any good practitioner.
As stated before, I am additionally in school for my masters and doctorate in Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine, in Berkeley, CA and will be licensed by 2025. I grew up dancing, going to school at Saint Mary's College of California for a liberal arts degree in Modern Dance and Art, with an emphasis in Impressionist oil painting, as well as a capstone project called Limitless: THE BODY PROJECT combining my strengths in both, leading women through an experiential process of examining their own relationship to their body, and re-claiming the parts of themselves they'd given away for others approval along the way. #WombWork #WombHealing. This kind of work is most passionate of mine. Leading people back to their most inspired selves, and giving women (+all beings) permission to express FULLY as themselves.
It takes COURAGE to feel, and I embark on this journey with myself each day, as I aim to be a more connected, integrated, and radiant being not only for my own joy, but to be of service to this planet. I will never ask you to do something I have not done myself.

$111 hourly is my base rate, or sliding scale $45-330. In person, or over zoom. Humanity is in a Soul Squeeze & each person ready to expand in Light is my highest priority. When someone gives more, in abundance, it gives others who have less the opportunity to be treated, and the spaciousness making it possible to continue offering the sliding scale rates. Reiki Energy Transmission

Babies, & Children are some of the most receptive beings, because they don't have the same kind of ego mind getting in the way of their body heart connection.
Babies & Animals give consent to their Soul's being aided, just like humans do: 24-48 hours before your animal's session Rai will connect with their spirit to ask for their permission, & if they say yes, let them know what is happening. Space Clearings
This is a beautiful opportunity to have a space blessed or cleared. This can aid in moving the energy of a home or office space for grater alignment, flow, & abundance.
